Yahoo’s security seal

I actually noticed this on Yahoo’s site today before I found it in the news.  Yahoo’s got a new security seal program.  Create a text seal by typing in a word or 3-word phrase and choosing the background color, or upload your own image as a seal.  The seal is locked to your computer, and if you don’t see it, it means you’re on a phishing site.  It *does* utilize cookies, so if you clear your cookies you’ll lose the seal.
