Valleyschwag
I like Valleyschwag. I think I’m either becoming obsessive, or I’m the biggest customer PR for them. Something. I have a feed in my reader set to pull up all Technorati posts about Valleyschwag and I’ve responded in comments to several, most recently telling them that Jonathan apologized today for revealing some users’ e-mail addresses.
Anyways, they’ve been going through some growing pains, and I don’t know why I’m so optimistic about their service, but I’m hanging in there. I guess part of it comes from virtually attending (via IRC and a live video feed) the Valleyschwag party… I feel like I know them or something. They’re not just some faceless company.
I’m still a subscriber and not going anywhere for a while.

Aw, thanks Kat. We’re finishing up a really hard week — for me it’s the hardest since we started the company — and it’s great to hear from people who are sticking with us. We’re certainly not a faceless corporation, just a few people who thought it would be cool to do our own thing rather than spending more years in big companies.
