A Consumerist reader snapped this photo of the pharmacy at the Wal-Mart in Elmwood Park, NJ. They’re most likely renovating, but I am definitely not picking up my drugs at a pharmacy like this. I agree with Consumerist… it looks like a kid’s play-pharmacy.
