Burger King customer service
Disclaimer: I do not work for Burger King!
I rarely order onion rings, but tonight I had a taste for them and my mom didn’t want to cook, so I got Burger King for us all. When I got home (I know, I should have checked at the window), they’d forgotten to put my onion rings in.
Fortunately it’s only 2 miles away… I called and she said they’d king-size it for free. Why couldn’t they have just given me the size I ordered for free? I assume it’s because they’d take a much bigger loss giving me that size free than giving me a larger size for the medium price. Oh well, I couldn’t finish a king size so I gave the rest to my dad.

I was at buger king today and a lady in the drive thru told the lady at the window she got shorten $2.00 and the lady at the window was being mean and edging the lady in the drive thru on. Well instead of the manger taking charger and doing something about it he locked the coustmers in the restuarnet and the coustmers had to unlock the doors. Pluse they where so slow we ordered at 12:40pm and didn’t get our food till 1:17pm.

today we ate at burger king in Nevada Mo. It was about 86 degrees outside and about the same inside. The Employees were all sweating and visualy drained. They said the air had been broken for about 2 weeks?? They passed out the name of the owner Bob Murphy and also the name of the District Manager Tom Burkett, they also passed out numbers to any customers who would call and complain. Come on Burger King not only was it uncomfortable for your customers it was uncomfortable for your employees. I personaly could not have worked in that heat all day. My family sat outside in the playground area to eat and we will not be back.
