Arby’s runs out of promo shake

So we went to Arby’s yesterday and saw huge posters plastered all over, advertising their new strawberry & banana swirl shake. We ordered 2, only to be told they were out, so we got their orange dream shakes instead. Now, I understand it is probably a popular item, especially during the hot summer days, and that it was the 4th of July, so they may not have gotten any deliveries of whatever mix they use… but when advertising a brand-new promo item with huge posters, you would think they could plan ahead and not run out.
